On Oct. 23, 2018, James Emmett Lee West, 37, was convicted of resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Oct. 12, 2018. West was sentenced to jail for 120 days.

On Dec. 3, James Paul McCrory, 22, was convicted of failing to report as a sex offender, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Sept. 27, 2018. McCrory was sentenced to jail for 10 days.

On Dec. 14. Eric Michael Weber, 21, was convicted of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Dec. 3, 2018. Weber was sentenced to jail equal to time served.

On Dec. 14, Bridget Alayna Moore admitted to being in violation of probation for failing to report and abide by the directions of a supervising officer, using or possessing a controlled substance, and failing to comply with required treatment. Moore was sentenced to jail for 20 days.

On Dec. 17, Jessica Michelle Carsten, 32, was convicted of harassment, a class A violation, committed on or about Sept. 1, 2018. Carsten was ordered to pay court fines.

On Dec. 18, Rey Corrales Tosch, 22, was convicted of giving false information to a peace officer in connection with a citation or warrant, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Oct. 14, 2018. Tosch was sentenced to jail for five days.

On Dec. 19, Christopher Clark Carson admitted to being in violation of probation for using or possessing controlled substances, failing to answer all inquiries, and associating with known drug users. Carson was sentenced to jail for 30 days.

On Dec. 20, Gregory Wyatt Hill, 44, was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a class C felony, committed on or about Nov. 25, 2018. Hill was sentenced to jail for 90 days and supervised probation for 24 months. Hill’s driver’s license was revoked for life. On the same day, Hill was convicted of recklessly endangering another person, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Nov. 25, 2018. Hill was sentenced to jail for 20 days and supervised probation for 24 months. On the same day, Hill was convicted on a second charge of recklessly endangering another person, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Nov. 25, 2018. Hill was sentenced to jail for 20 days and supervised probation for 24 months.

On Dec. 20, Elizabeth Bree McDonough admitted to being in violation of probation for failing to answer all inquiries, consuming or possessing alcohol, and entering a bar, tavern or liquor outlet. McDonough was sentenced to jail for 10 days.

On Dec. 20, Lane Dorn Crawford, 63, was convicted of disorderly conduct in the second degree, a class B misdemeanor, committed on or about Nov. 20, 2018. Crawford was ordered to pay court fines.

On Dec. 20, Antonio Ray Aparicio admitted to being in violation of probation for failing to obey all laws, and using or possessing controlled substances. Aparicio was sentenced to prison for 38 months and post-prison supervision for 60 months.

On Dec. 20, Steve Robert Anderson, 38, was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Nov. 14, 2018. Anderson was sentenced to jail for six months. Anderson’s driver’s license was suspended for one year. On the same day, Anderson was convicted of theft in the third degree, a class C misdemeanor, committed on or about Oct. 30. 2018. Anderson was sentenced to jail for 30 days and ordered to pay restitution of $100.

On Dec. 20, Stephen Lloyd Johnston, 35, was convicted of theft in the first degree, a class C felony, committed on or between July 1, 2017 and July 29, 2017. Johnston was sentenced to jail equal to time served and supervised probation for 24 months, and ordered to pay restitution of $1,520.

On Dec. 21, Jonathon Wade Blasingame, 33, was convicted of resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Dec. 9, 2018. Blasingame was sentenced to jail for 30 days.  

On Dec. 21, Carolyn M. Sanz, 35, was convicted of recklessly endangering another person, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Sept. 1, 2018. Sanz was sentenced to jail for five days and bench probation for 18 months. Sanz’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days. On the same day, Sanz was convicted on a second count of recklessly endangering another person, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Sept. 1, 2018. Sanz was sentenced to bench probation for 18 months. Sanz’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.

On Dec. 24, Sharon Lee Mayac, 51, was convicted of criminal trespass in the first degree, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Sept. 24, 2018. Mayac was sentenced to jail for six months and bench probation for 24 months.

On Dec. 24, Isaiah Jerimiah Pickel, 18, was convicted of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Dec. 18, 2018. Pickel was sentenced to jail equal to time served.

On Dec. 24, Jeffrey Dale Lindquist, 63, was convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about June 16, 2018. Lindquist was sentenced to jail for five days and bench probation for 36 months. Lindquist’s driver’s license was suspended for 12 months.

On Dec. 26, Timothy S. M. Tada, 33, was convicted of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Dec. 11, 2018. Tada was sentenced to jail for 20 days.

On Dec. 27, James Thad Taylor, 54, was convicted of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Aug. 18, 2018. Taylor was sentenced to jail for 20 days and supervised probation for 18 months.

On Dec. 27, Jamie Lee Corley, 40, was convicted of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, a class C felony, committed on or about Dec. 6, 2018. Corley was sentenced to supervised probation for 18 months.  

On Dec. 27, Justin Ray Davidson, 38, was convicted of identity theft, a class C felony, committed on or about Sept. 11, 2018. Davidson was sentenced to prison for 18 months and post-prison supervision for 12 months.

On Dec. 28, Shane Daniel Larson, 45, was convicted of failing to perform the duties of a driver (property damage), a class A misdemeanor, committed on or about Oct. 10, 2018. Larson was sentenced to jail equal to time served and ordered to pay restitution of $600.

On Dec. 31, Michael James Hughes, 38, was convicted of failing to perform the duties of a driver (property damage), a class A violation, committed on or about May 19, 2018. Hughes was ordered to pay court fines.
